Sponsor a mahallu
Gift your mahallu a year of clear accounts.
InflowBooks is mahallu and masjid management software made in Kerala: the house register, varisangya, receipts on WhatsApp and clear accounts for the general body. Pledge now. Nothing is paid until your committee has seen it and said yes.
How it works
- 1
You pledge
Tell us your mahallu and the gift you have in mind. No payment is taken.
- 2
We show your committee
We call the secretary, name you as the person gifting it, and give the committee a 40-minute video demo.
- 3
They say yes, you pay
The committee says yes and names a start date. We send you the payment request the same day, and you have seven days to pay. If the committee then does not sign, every rupee comes back to you.
- 4
They sign, it goes live
Once your payment is in, the committee signs the ordinary service agreement. You are not a party to it; the mahallu owns its account and its data. A receipt to the mahallu naming you, an acknowledgment to you, and we check in at 30 and 90 days.
Choose the gift
Prices are the launch offer every mahallu is quoted: ₹5,000 for a first year that lists at ₹10,000 (₹6,000 for the year plus a ₹4,000 setup fee), then ₹6,000 a year. Prepaid years stay at the offer rate. The two-year gift is what we recommend; the training package is for a committee new to keeping its accounts on a computer.
The amount is confirmed on the payment request; a pledge does not lock a price.
What you can count on
Nothing is paid until the committee has said yes.
A pledge is a promise, not a hold on your money. If the committee does not sign after you pay, the full amount comes back to you.
You get no login and see no records.
The committee assigns every role. It may add you as a member if it chooses.
The mahallu receives no money from you.
You pay InflowBooks for a service; the mahallu receives the service.
Renewal after your gift is the mahallu’s.
At the rate then in force. You may gift again, but nothing assumes it.
Recognition is your choice, private by default.
One line on the mahallu’s public page and a printed acknowledgment, only if you want it.
Refunds within 15 days of payment, to you.
As in our refund policy, for any fee actually paid.
Make your pledge
Two minutes. We will be in touch on WhatsApp within a day.
Questions sponsors ask
- Will the committee be offended?
- People gift the masjid its roof, its carpet and its Ramadan relief every year. This is the same gesture, and the committee decides after seeing it, so it can be declined without anyone losing face.
- Can I pay this from my zakat?
- No. Zakat goes to the eight entitled categories, and neither a committee nor a software fee is among them. This is an ordinary gift to the mahallu’s administration.
- I do not know the secretary’s number.
- Give us the mahallu’s name and place. We find the committee. Your message to someone in the mahallu is what gets our call answered.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI or bank transfer. Once the committee has said yes we send you a QR card with the amount already filled in, so it takes one scan.
- What if I pay and the committee does not sign?
- You get a full refund, no questions asked. The agreement goes to the committee only once your payment is in, so this is rare, and the money is never held longer than it takes them to sign.
- Can a shorter gift include the training?
- Yes. Training costs ₹6,000 on its own and can be added to any gift when we confirm with the committee. The three-year gift already includes it for ₹4,000.
- What if they do not use it?
- Choose the package with training: a two-hour session for the committee and a walkthrough through their first month. You hear from us at 30 and 90 days.
