Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short

  • Your masjid pays for a plan. The plan runs for a fixed time, like one year or two years.
  • You can cancel any time. You can keep using InflowBooks until the paid time ends.
  • Want the fee back? Write to us within 15 days of paying.
  • After 15 days we do not return the fee.
  • If we charged you by mistake, we will put it right at any time.
  • This is about the fee you pay us. It is not about donations given to your masjid.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid use of InflowBooks (the "Service"), operated by InflowBooks ("we", "us"), based in Kerala, India. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Subscription term

Paid access is sold as a subscription for a fixed term, normally one or two years, at the fee shown to you when you subscribe or renew. The fee covers access to the Service for that term, including any bonus months added under a promotional offer, regardless of how much you use it.

Promotional offers

We may offer promotional terms from time to time, such as bonus months of service added to a paid subscription, a free trial, an introductory price or another promotional rate. The free or discounted portion of such an offer carries no charge and so has no refund value of its own; any fee you actually paid remains subject to the refund window below. The offer applies only for the term or period stated. When it ends, the Service renews at our then-current standard fee unless you cancel before renewal, as described in our Terms of Service.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us at the address below.
  • Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing for the next term. Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
  • Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of a fee already paid.

Refund window

If you wish to request a refund of a subscription fee, you must do so within 15 days of the date you were charged. After this period the fee is non-refundable. Because you can see the Service in a live demonstration before you subscribe, this window is intended for genuine, prompt requests.

We do not give refunds or credits for partial terms, downgrades, or periods you did not use, and a refund of one term does not entitle you to a refund of any earlier term.

The 15-day window does not limit the following, which we will honour whenever they arise:

  • a charge made in error, or for more than the fee communicated to you;
  • a charge for a renewal you had already cancelled before it took effect; or
  • any refund required under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible, and may take a reasonable time to reach you depending on the payment provider. We are not a payment gateway or processor and do not hold funds; where a fee was collected through a third-party payment provider, that provider's terms and timelines also apply.

Donations are not affected

This policy covers only the subscription fee a masjid pays us for the Service. It does not cover donations or other payments made to a masjid. Those happen directly between the donor and the masjid, outside the Service, and any refund of a donation is a matter for the masjid concerned.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email inflowbooks@pm.me from the contact associated with your account, with your masjid name and the reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders of material changes.
